Hagia Sophia Africa is a permanent Christian development campus in Ogun State, Nigeria, integrating worship, theological formation, higher education, technical and vocational training, healthcare, child welfare, technology, culture, agriculture and humanitarian service. 12. Scholarships, Humanitarian Programs & Endowment

We do not submit the whole $100M campus as a generic grant. We submit tightly scoped $250K–$5M projects matched to each funder’s published priorities.

Two tracks, kept properly separate: religious activities and secular service programs are presented with separate budgets and accounting, so every partner sees exactly the work their gift supports.

Readiness and accountability

The campaign is in its readiness and quiet phase. The immediate next step is a funded readiness phase: land and title verification, community needs assessment, master planning, regulatory review, cost validation and governance setup. Public launch follows only when governance, land, feasibility, budget and meaningful commitments are documented.

Our non-negotiables before major solicitation: legal structure, land/title documentation, independent governance, professional cost plan, audited finances, safeguarding policies, transparent procurement, donor reporting and independent project oversight.
